Main Office

Delta Settlements has 24 offices that service the entire United States. The home office is located in Jacksonville, Florida. The main office located in beautiful Downtown Jacksonville in the Florida Bank building on the fourth floor, overlooking the Jacksonville Landing and St. John’s River.

From I-10, take I-95 North and follow signs to Downtown / International Airport. Immediately exit right onto Exit 352B Forsyth Street / Convention Center. Go east (right) on Forsyth Street to Main Street and take a right onto Main Street. Take next right on Main Street to West Bay Street. In ¼ mile, the Florida Bank Building will be on the right; On-street parking is available or Republic Parking will be on the left.

From I-95 follow signs to Prudential / Main Street and exit 350A over the Main Street Bridge. Stay in left lane and exit on West Bay Street, turning Left. In ¼ mile, the Florida Bank Building will be on the right; On-street parking is available or Republic Parking will be on the left.

From Arlington Expressway, take Arlington Expressway West over the Matthews’ Bridge. Keep left onto E. State Street. Exit left onto Main Street. In ½ mile, turn right onto West Bay Street. In ¼ mile, the Florida Bank Building will be on the right; On-street parking is available or Republic Parking will be on the left.
