Thomas M. Dunlap, CSSC is a settlement consultant with Delta Settlements. Over the past 22 years, Tom has advised injured parties in financial and structured settlement planning and public benefits preservation. Tom has spoken frequently to plaintiff attorneys and to the structured settlement industry on the subjects of settlement planning and the financial strength and security of structured settlements as a critical component of personal injury settlements.

Tom is well respected in the structured settlement industry for his high level of knowledge, integrity and commitment to outstanding service. Tom graduated from Winona State University in 1971. In 1997, Tom received the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant through the NSSTA and University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana.

Tom is a member of numerous associations and organizations, is dedicated to the protection and financial security of plaintiff attorneys and their injured clients.
