Lance Litman
![]() Lance Litman joined Delta in 2011 as a Settlement Consultant. Mr. Litman works with clients and attorneys nationally, designing structured settlements tailored to effectively address the various issues unique to each case. Mr. Litman received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and subsequently his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2009. While attending law school, Lance recognized the reciprocal benefits of connecting professional organizations to law school students, and thus became the Founding President of the FSU Law School Chapter of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Litman was also the Founding Secretary of the Business Law Society during his first year of law school. Through his leadership positions, and involvement in the community, Lance has developed a solid network in both the legal and business communities. Prior to joining Delta, Lance worked with the Legal Aid Society in Tallahassee and Bay Area Legal Services in Tampa where he helped provide assistance to those otherwise unable to afford legal services. Mr. Litman assisted clients with issues ranging from foreclosure and bankruptcy, to all matters relating to family law. Mr. Litman also has experience working in the large private firm environment where he focused on various issues related to insurance coverage and general casualty. Having worked directly with individuals and also having worked for the interest of corporations and insurance companies, Lance understands the concerns of the parties on either side of the legal matter. This unique insight provides Mr. Litman the ability to develop and negotiate a plan best suited to meet the present and future needs of the applicable parties. |
