Heather L. Murphy – Director of Case Management

Heather joined Delta in April of 2008 as a Paralegal/Case Manager, and has worked for Michael Upchurch since 2006.  She has 5 years of experience in the structured settlement industry, and over 8 years of experience as a paralegal.  Previously she worked in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group for K&L Gates, LLP.

She attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, as well as her Paralegal certification.
