Erin A. Martin, Esq.

Ms. Martin is a Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) as established by the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC). Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Medicine from Auburn University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Ms. Martin’s healthcare background includes case management experience within a health and rehabilitation facility where she worked with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients received accurate and timely care. Ms. Martin’s legal experience includes providing civil legal assistance to low-income community members as well as practicing as an associate attorney with a private law firm, concentrating in the areas of probate and guardianship law.

Ms. Martin is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Women’s Lawyers Association and the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals.
