Since its recent acquisition by AmerisourceBergen Corporation, PMSI MSA Services has rolled out new programs related to prescription drug inclusion in MSA allocations. These programs include the offering of prescription Cost Projection and Post-Settlement Card Program options on each MSA assignment completed.  While our clients have told us that they are realizing significant savings on the cost of MSA allocations with these new programs, there has been some confusion as to the details regarding the various options for MSA allocations now available in each case.  In response to our clients' concerns, PMSI MSA Services has created an MSA Summary Report that will be included as the first page of each MSA report which is generated from our company.  This report will include, at a glance, the total MSA allocation amounts for each available option as well as the recommended annuitized structure associated with each option.  Reference to key strategy and legal issues will be made in this report so the reader will be able to quickly find the information necessary to finalize the settlement of the claim.
