Ms. McGuire works extensively in the areas of personal injury, environmental and transportation concerns, public entities and self-insurers. And whether she is providing hands-on advice to clients or managing a diverse team of professionals, her creative approach and strategic methodologies can assist clients in achieving their long-range financial goals.
As a Structured Settlement Specialist, Ms. McGuire owns and operates one of the member companies of the Delta Group of Settlement Companies. Delta Group is contracted with multiple highly rated life insurers that sell settlement annuity, funding agreement and reinsurance products to fund periodic payments in structured settlements. Delta Group also offers Trust Services used in settlement of serious injury or multi-plaintiff cases.
Ms. McGuire received a B.A. in Managerial Studies from Rice University in Houston, and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. Ms. McGuire is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA).
