Ron Feinman,
founder and principal of One World Structured Settlement Design, LLC, is a
native of Lynchburg, Virginia. He received his JD from the University of
Virginia in 1979. One World Structured Settlement Design is a member of the
Delta Group of Settlement Companies with affiliated offices across the country.
One World offers a full range of settlement options including structured
settlement annuities, bond trusts, and settlement preservation trusts. Ron is a
seasoned trial attorney with courtroom and appellate experience. He is a member
of several sections of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the American
Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Structured Settlements Trade
Association (NSSTA). He has expertise in the areas of tax and estate planning
and financial services and is a member of the Virginia State Bar Taxation and
Trusts and Estates Sections, as well as the American Bar Association Taxation
and the Real Property Probate and Trusts Sections.
