John is a founding
partner and principal in High Impact Structures, LLC. High
Impact Structures, LLC is a firm specializing in structured
settlements through insurance company annuities as well as
providing other investment solutions such as Treasury Bonds and
Stocks for the catastrophically injured through his registration
with Walnut Street Securities, Inc., a MetLife Company.
High Impact
Structures, LLC provides mediation attendance and support, life
care plan analysis, economic damage analysis, trust account
guidance, and period certain and or lifetime tax free periodic
payment income streams through approved A++ insurance annuity
companies.
Additionally through
John S. Bat’s registration with Walnut Street Securities clients
can benefit from the entire range of investment products
available today. These include Treasury Bonds, Municipal Bonds,
Stocks, Corporate Bonds, Mutual Funds and Privately Managed
Accounts.
Since 1983, John has
been affiliated with the National Association Securities Dealer
(NASD) as a Registered Representative (Series 7), in 1998 a
Registered Investment Advisor, and is currently Life and Health
Insurance Licensed. Over the past 23 years Mr. Bat has advised
over a thousand corporate and individual clients in risk
management in areas of short term treasury liquidity management,
estate planning, corporate finance, insurance and annuity case
design involving over one hundred million dollars. This included
those clients struggling with financial decisions resulting from
large personal injury awards as well as corporate chief
executives.
On September 25,
2005, The National Structured Settlement Association in
cooperation with The University of Notre Dame, conferred upon
John the designation of Certified Structured Settlement
Consultant, CSSC, in recognition of the successful completion of
the course study required for certification.
On January 1, 2001,
John S. Bat received The Certificate of Appointment from Morgan
Stanley of First Vice President by its President and Chief
Operating Officer, John H. Schaefer and by Morgan Stanley’s
Executive Vice President Director of Advisory Services, Bruce F.
Alonso.
On August 1, 2000,
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Graduate School presented to John the
Certificate of Achievement in recognition for the successful
completion of the Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Managed Money
Course.
John is a
member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA)
