David Stuart, of Stuart and Associates LLC. founded the company in 2001.
He spent 18 years in private business. He currently holds a security license with H. D. Vest D.
Vest and has been helping clients with structured annuities for the past seven years.
Stuart & Associates recently completed the largest Structured Installment Sale for Allstate
for the sale of a private business. Stuart's has helped hundreds of injured clients with safe
and secure annuities and trusts. We have testified as annuitists and provide pre-mediation
counseling, mediation attendance, claim evaluation and travel to all 50 states.
Recently, James Stuart has joined Stuart and associates as a workers compensation
specialist and annuity claims provider. James handles internal paperwork and generates
quotations specializing in minor cases and rated age cases.
James's and David have been invited to teach several CLE courses in structures in
several James's James is a graduate of The University of Central Oklahoma with an
emphasis on pre-law.
David graduated from Oklahoma State University and received his CSSC
(certified structured settlement consultant designation fro Notre Dame in 2003.
Both David and James are members of the National Structured Settlement Trade
association. and are members of the Oklahoma State Trial Lawyers association.
