Dakota."

NSSTA Helps Shape Florida Bill

The NSSTA, an association of structured settlement brokers, has again protected the rights of claimants to receive structured settlement benefits by assisting the state of Florida in drafting their soon-to-be-signed Malpractice Reform Bill. The legislation preserves claimant's rights to periodic payments. This is an important event, as past  Periodic Payment statutes have negated the use of structures.
